Facilitated by Lydia Garcia, RN, BSN, E-RYT 200, RYT 500

Lydia is interested in leading a yoga class at Unity of Gainesville.  If you have an interest in participating in a yoga class, please plan to meet with Lydia on Feb 9th.
Lydia Garcia is a Yoga teacher of the Kripalu lineage.  Her practice is Power yoga, Pranayamas, and Meditation.   She has studied under great teachers, including Roy Eugene Davis, direct disciple of Paramahansa Yogananda, and Ron Lindahn.   In her professional life, Lydia is an operating room nurse and an Army Veteran. Her love for the silence experiences began when she was about 12 years of age. She was a track runner, played music, was an intense ocean/waterfalls/sunrise gazer, and very introverted. Silence came naturally, and she found solace and comfort there.  Lydia says, "For me, yoga is the perfect balance between body, mind, and spirit as One.  I will be honored to share it with you."
