Peace Picnic 

Join Rev. Jeanie and the whole church at Don Carter State Park for a Sunday message and Picnic.

**Please come prepared in case of rain and consider carpooling with friends or family to share the increased $10 parking fee. Good news though: Georgians can check out a free ParkPass using their local public library card. 

If thunderstorms are forecast, the picnic will be moved to the church. We will use the same phone tree used for winter-weather alerts to let everyone know about any change in location.

Peace, love, and flower power are coming to Unity!

Get ready to spread some joy at our Peace Picnic—a feel-good celebration of friendship, community, and the spirit of peace! Add to the fun by wearing your favorite tie-dye, peace signs, flowers, or other groovy 1960s-inspired clothing.

Strike a pose and make some memories! Stop by the photo booth with friends and family for a fun keepsake. A small fee will apply, and the photos will also be featured in a special community book.

Kids can get creative, too, by tie-dyeing a T-shirt or pair of socks to take home! To join the fun, please bring a white T-shirt or pair of socks in your child’s size. A limited number of small T-shirts will also be available.

Come colorful, come comfortable, and come ready to share good food and good company!
