Day of Silence

I hope you can join me for this day of silent infilling from silence, breath, nature and joined consciousness and tuning in to that inner GPS (God Powered System) of yours. If you were with us on Sunday, you will understand when I say – joined “porch time”. It is a time of nurturing our souls and allowing spaciousness for the whispers of Spirit to be heard. Please bring a bag lunch. I will have bottled water. There will be time to be both inside and out weather permitting so you might want to bring a yoga mat or cushion for outside. Can’t wait to spend time with you in this way. Namaste!
